evenform projects is an independent conceptual design and visual-study site. This notice describes the site’s current handling of personal data.

Website use

The portfolio does not use advertising trackers or non-essential analytics. Your language choice is stored in sessionStorage in your browser tab and normally disappears when the tab is closed.

The hosting and security infrastructure may process technical connection data, such as IP address, request data, browser information and security events, to deliver and protect the site.

Newsletter

Newsletter signup uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated submissions. You choose the topics you want to receive, give explicit consent, and confirm your email through a double-opt-in link. Only confirmed subscriptions are activated in the newsletter system.

Subscription records may include your email address, selected topics, language, consent timestamp, confirmation timestamp, unsubscribe status and security-related records. Resend is used as the email delivery provider. Resend may also maintain suppression records needed to avoid sending to addresses that have unsubscribed, bounced or complained.

Every newsletter is intended to include a clear unsubscribe route. You can unsubscribe using the link in the email or the confirmation flow. An administrative suppression/ban list may be kept to prevent a previously blocked address from immediately re-subscribing.

Private administration

The private administration portal is not linked from the public navigation. Access requires the permitted administrator email, a Cloudflare Turnstile verification and a time-limited one-time code sent by email. Admin sessions are short-lived and tied to the browser’s user-agent information. Subscriber-management actions are processed server-side; the administrator email address is not embedded in the public page source.

Retention

Unconfirmed newsletter requests are routinely removed. Unsubscribe and suppression records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to honour the opt-out and prevent unwanted mail. Operational security records are retained only as needed for service protection and troubleshooting.

Your choices

You can avoid newsletter collection by not subscribing. Once subscribed, you can unsubscribe at any time. For privacy questions or data-rights requests, the site operator should provide a current contact identity and contact method before the newsletter is publicly launched.

Third-party services

Cloudflare Turnstile is used for abuse prevention and verification. The newsletter uses an invisible Turnstile mode, which performs the browser-side security check without displaying a verification box in normal use. Resend is used for transactional and newsletter email delivery once configured. Their own policies govern processing that occurs in their infrastructure.
